Meet Campbell Hart, Senior Director of School Year Programs!

A passionate and goofy community builder; Campbell leads her team on a leadership philosophy built on trust and mutual respect. She takes inspiration from the BLM movement and believes that decentralizing power and prioritizing joy and community care can keep organizations running smoothly. On her days off, Campbell likes to spend as much time outside as possible doing activities like hiking, biking, swimming, and camping. She loves spending time with her partner and friends, experiencing food (as long as it isn’t ruined by someone putting celery in it!), and a traveling. Her best traveling experience was a backpacking trip in the Alaskan backcountry in the Talkeetna mountain range!
