Meet Kaihla, a cat-loving, theater-dreaming, creativity-powered star in the making! Her kitties, Mumford and Georgia, are her absolute world—they’re basically her biggest fans (and toughest critics). Kaihla’s first concert was The Cheetah Girls, and let’s be real, it probably inspired her childhood dream of becoming an actress. If she could have any job for a day, she’d be ready to take her Broadway bow—spotlight, jazz hands, and all!

Her hobbies are a delightful blend of imagination and artistry: creative writing, theater, and ceramics keep her days full of creativity and heart. You’ll often find her at her happiest tucked away in a cozy cafe, lost in a book or crafting stories of her own.

As a Girls Inc. facilitator, Kaihla’s favorite part of the job is building meaningful, lasting connections with her students. What advice would she give her 13-year-old self? “Trust the process and don’t be afraid of challenges — they’re just opportunities to grow.” Kaihla is all about empowering and inspiring others, leaving a little sparkle (and maybe a bit of Broadway flair) wherever she goes!
