Kind, loyal, and strong, Kalmarie, better known as K, loves spending time with the youth and becoming a safe person for them. She defines success as “looking back knowing that I tried my hardest and that I am happy where I’m at and where I’m going”. If she had to eat one meal every day for the rest of her life it would be tacos, but not just any tacos, they need to have extra salsa picante and lots of lime.

If she’s not watching movies (K’s favorite hobby), she’s looking for new and exciting places to travel since one of her big life goals is to travel the world. Even though she’s excited about seeing the world, K will always think of Puerto Rico as her home away from home.
